In Westonia, the demands on the health service can be complex.

Panel 1: Outside a large town house. A banner on the front of the building says: Westonia Health Authority - Clinic. A man is smoking by the bins by the side of the building. A woman is walking up the steps towards the door. Panel 2: A man with a tie and glasses and an ID badge is seated at a laptop opposite a woman. The man says: How can I help you today? The woman replies: It's a bit embarrassing... Watering can. I've been cursed that I must name a garden tool at the end of every sentence... Panel 3: ...Lawn mower! - the woman says. The man says: I'm afraid there's a six month waiting list for non-lethal curse removal. The woman says: Oh no - what am I going to do in the meantime? Heated seed tray Panel 4: It's the Channel 4 logo with subtitles showing the continuity announcer's text. The subtitles read: It's time for the Channel 4 News with Cathy Newman... WHEELBARROW!
