Mayor Mare has an unexpected visitor.

Panel 1: A young woman reaches for the door handle of a door marked Mayor Mare. She looks behind her and raises a hand to a dog-headed plain clothes policeman. The policeman says: Professor Hopper! Where are you going? She replies: Don't try and stop me Sergeant Broody Panel 2: Inside Mayor Mare's office. Hopper stands in the open door. Mayor Mare is seated at a large table. Hopper says: Mayor Mare! You need to close Marine Parks until we discover the cause of the fire! Panel 3: Close up of Mayor Mare. He says: You may be an expert in oceanography, Professor Hopper, but while I'm responsible for the economy of Westonia, Marine Parks stays open! Panel 4: A view of the whole office. A young man is also seated at the large table with Mayor Mare. He is working at a laptop. Hopper and Broody are standing in the doorway. The young man says: Sorry to interrupt. Jason Format from IT. did someone say there was a fire... at Marine Parks?
