Panel 1: A man on his knees is emptying a packet of something on the soil. A woman is peering over the fence behind him. The woman says: What are you sowing? The man replies: I found this packet of Instant Potato but it doesn't seem to be working. What potatoes do you grow? Panel 2: The woman says: Jersey Royals. The man looks up and says: Are you allowed to grow Jersey Royals? Outside Jersey, that is? Panel 3: The woman says: I don't think there's an actual law against it, Peter. Anyway - who's going to check? Panel 4: A man in a classic open top roadster has stopped to talk to a person walking their dog. The driver says: Detective Sergeant Bergerac. I was looking for the allotments...
