Has the dog unit made a break through in the hunt for the missing child?

Panel 1: Two dog headed men in shirt and tie are talking. One is holding a large envelope. He says: Here's the sketch of the person seen hanging around in the old factory, Boss. The other says: Let me see. Panel 2: The second dog head is looking at a sheet of paper. He says: The is terrible! Which artist did this?! Panel 3: A man who looks like a young Picasso is sitting at a desk with a laptop. There are sketches on the wall behind him. He is shrugging his shoulders. He says: I just drew what the witness told me, Boss. Panel 4: Title: Meanwhile, in the old factory. A cubist head says: I don't think anyone saw me.
