When is a collection complete?

Panel 1: A person in a pink top and blue trousers is standing in front of a classical building in a large entrance. A sign above the entrance says: National Museum of Promotional Mugs. There is a logo: NMPM. Panel 2: The person is walking in front of a wall lined with shelves extending up to the ceiling. Each shelf has evenly spaced mugs displayed on it. Panel 3: The person is looking closely at own of the shelves - there is a space where a mug should be. Panel 4: Now the person is in the NMPM Musuem Shop according to a sign overhead. They are holding a mug with the same NMPM logo on it. They have a think bubble with a large question mark in it.
