It means I can carry it around with me and write my plays wherever I will. Panel 3: Man: Goodness. Where didst thou procure such a wonderous invention? Shakespeare: A man insisted on giving it to me. He had a very tall hat. Panel 4: A man in Victorian costume is sitting on an elaborate machine. A dial on the front says 1592.
