Why is Bluetooth so rubbish?

The other Dalek is looking up at the ceiling and says: I lost the Bluetooth connection to my laptop. Panel 2: The first Dalek says: Stannah Stairlift Spares, Klev speaking. How can I help you? There is a mute microphone symbol and then: Have you put yourself in discovery mode. The other Dalek says: Yes. All I'm getting is Susan's iPhone. I hate Bluetooth! Who invented it? Panel 3: The first Dalek is saying: Can I confirm your postcode and the first line of your address? There is a mute microphone symbol and then: According to Wikipedia, it was Hedy Lamarr. The second Dalek says: Well, I'm giving all her films a 1 rating on IMDB. As soon as I get connected... Panel 4: Two women are seated around a table. The first woman has a dark green top and is holding a phone. The second woman has a light green top and has a laptop computer in front of her. First woman: That's weird. Someone's changed my phone's wallpaper to a picture of Hedy Lamarr.
