Whose reality is true?

Panel 1: A ginger cat is lying curled up on the ground. It looks half asleep. A small child is running up behind the cat. The child is wearing a blue top and pink trousers, and is smiling. The grass is green - the sky is blue.
Panel 2: The same scene but further back. Now we see a woman behind the child, wearing a blue and white dress. She is bending over towards the child and her arms are held out towards the child as if letting it go.
Panel 3: Now the scene is indoors. An older woman in an orange dress is sitting in an upright armchair. She is watching the scene with the cat and the child and the mother on a monitor which is on an table next to her chair. On top of the monitor is a webcam.
Panel 4: The scene is back to the ginger cat half asleep on the ground. But now the cat is dreaming of the scene with the grandmother watching the mother and the child and the cat.
